FNS Handbook 901 Training  & Presentations

FNS State Systems conducted three national training sessions focusing on the Advance Planning Document process and related areas during the summer of 2008.  The training sessions have been transformed into eight on-demand training videos available through the appropriate links below. These videos are best viewed in the sequence shown below as the APD process terminology, procedures, and concepts build upon each other. 

There are two sets of training videos; the first set was recorded with no closed captioning and the second one was recorded with closed captioning.  We are also providing a handout format of the training sessions for your note taking convenience.   After reviewing the videos, we would like to receive your feedback, please complete the evaluation form and submit it via email to the SSO.

Also included are relevant handouts for you to print and use. Please contact your State Systems representative should you have any questions.

This training is based on the standard APD process.  For SNAP projects lead by Affordable Care Act/Medicaid timelines, temporary streamlined procedures may apply.
