There are two sets of training videos; the first set was recorded with
no closed captioning and the second one was recorded with closed
captioning. We are also providing a handout format of the training sessions
for your note taking convenience. After reviewing the videos, we would like to
receive your feedback, please complete the evaluation form
and submit it via email to the
SSO.

State Systems representative should you have any questions.
This training is based on the standard APD
process. For SNAP projects lead by Affordable Care Act/Medicaid timelines,
temporary streamlined procedures may apply.
